Safety first!
To ensure you get the most of your canoe, kayak, or paddleboard rental, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the rules below.
You must agree to our Damage, Cancelation and Liability Waiver upon checkout.
- 48-hour notice for cancellation must be given to receive a 100% refund
- You must of 18 years or older to rent from us.
- A government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport must be presented to receive your rental.
- Life Vests are provided and are not optional.
- All ages are welcome but minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- All rentals must be paid in full upfront online before we come out to deliver your rental.
- Additional charges will be owed if the rental is not returned on time.
Participants are financially responsible for lost or damaged equipment.
